Once a job is in work, the standard production time is 5-7 business days. Expedited services are available.

We can handle any file type, but we prefer Adobe Illustrator files. If submitting a raster file (.psd, .jpg, .gif), we prefer high resolution. The higher the DPI (dots per inch) the better.

Rest assured, no matter who is in the wrong, we will strive to find a solution to make it right for you. We take pride in making high-quality products and doing so on time, exactly when you expect them. If the custom product you receive differs in a significant way from what you envisioned, we want to make sure you’re taken care of. Notify us of any issues within 15 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to make it right or refund your order in full.
