REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not available after order placement. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after being placed. In some instances, we can cancel the order with a 20% re-stocking fee.

Refunds will be provided in the following circumstances:

• Missed in-hands date due to factors within our control

• Faulty/misprinted products

Refunds will only be offered 14-days after reception of goods.
